Privacy.

This site is run by Flores Photo Design LLC, doing business as Empower & Scale (“we”, “us”).

Short version: we collect only what we need to do the work you asked for and to make this site better. We don’t sell your data.

What we collect, and why

• Your email, when you sign up or grab a free download. So we can send you the download and the occasional email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• What you write in the contact form. It’s emailed straight to us. We don’t store it on the site.
• Your booking details (name, email, time, notes) when you book a call. So the call happens.
• Your survey answers when you fill in our onboarding survey. So we can plan your project.
• Payments. You type your card into Square’s secure form. We never see or store your card number. We keep the card type and last 4 digits, and whether a payment went through.
• Client portal. If you’re a client: your sign-in email, the files you share, and your voice notes. Voice notes are turned into text so we can act on them. The recordings are deleted 90 days after the request is done. The text stays with your project.
• How people use the site, and which ads work. See “Analytics and ads” below.

We keep this information until you ask us to delete it.

Analytics and ads

We use these tools to see how people use our pages, so we can make them better, and to measure our ads:

• Google Analytics counts visits and shows things like which pages people view, how they found us, their device and their rough location (city or country). It uses cookies. How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can turn it off with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Microsoft Clarity records how you move through a page (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) as heatmaps and session replays. It uses cookies. We set it to hide what you type. Clarity also sets Microsoft cookies (like MUID) that Microsoft uses across its own sites, including for advertising. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Ads. We may advertise on Google and Microsoft. To see which ads lead to a call or an inquiry, Google’s tag can take the email, phone number, name or address you type into one of our forms, scramble it (a one-way code called a hash) and send it to Google to match with its own accounts. Ad tools can also set their own cookies to measure ads and show you ads later.

These tools run only on our public pages. They don’t run in the client portal, on payment pages, or in our onboarding survey. They don’t load at all for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland.

Who helps us

We use a few trusted services to run the site. They only get what they need for their job:

• Vercel hosts the site.
• Supabase stores our data.
• Cloudflare stores client files.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Cal.com handles bookings.
• Square handles payments.
• OpenAI turns client voice notes into text. Anthropic helps summarize client requests.
• Google (Analytics, Ads) and Microsoft (Clarity, Advertising) help us understand how the site is used and measure our ads.

Cookies

• Needed to work: keeping you signed in to the client portal, and letting you pick up the survey where you left off.
• Analytics and ads: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies, Microsoft’s own cookies set through Clarity, and Google and Microsoft ad cookies when we run ads, as described above.

Our free tools save your answers in your own browser, not on our servers. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
• Turn off Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser.
• Choose how Google and Microsoft personalize ads for you in Google’s My Ad Center and Microsoft’s ad settings.
• Ask us what we have about you, or ask us to fix or delete it. Email jorge@empowerandscale.com and we’ll take care of it.

Kids

This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this page, we’ll update the date at the top.
