TL;DR

A full revamp built around a video hero and a phone-first layout — bottom tab navigation, installable to the home screen, with the booth portal wired in behind it.

The customer

A county-wide nonprofit network serving member organizations and the public across Washtenaw County.

The challenge

The old site read as a directory rather than an organization worth joining, and most visitors arrive on a phone — where a desktop-shaped nonprofit site is a poor experience. The booth process also lived entirely off-site, disconnected from the public presence.

What we built

A complete revamp designed phone-first. A video hero carries the work the network actually does, navigation sits in a bottom tab bar within thumb reach, and the whole site installs to a home screen like an app. The booth application portal connects directly, so the public site and the operational system are one experience.

The result

The network presents like the organization it is, works properly on the device most people use, and the public site now connects straight into the system that runs booth season.
