Event App + Live Q&A
Let the whole room ask.
Guests send questions to the panel from their phones, anonymously if they like, while the host runs a live queue on an iPad with starring, sorting and a shared countdown.

The bottleneck
Only a few hands get the microphone.
In a full ballroom, most guests never get to ask, and personal health questions rarely get said out loud.
The fix
Three views, one live queue.
- 01Ask from your seatGuests send a question, named or anonymous.
- 02Run the queueThe host stars, sorts and marks questions on an iPad.
- 03Keep the timeA shared countdown keeps the panel on schedule.
What we built
- A guest form for a question, an optional first name and an optional panelist
- A full-screen panelist picker with each panelist's role
- A host dashboard for iPad with queue, asked and dismissed lists, starring, sorting and undo
- A panel countdown that stays in sync across every dashboard
- An admin view behind a link and PIN to open or close submissions and manage panelists
- Live updates that never send question text over the open channel
- A question export for the foundation after the event
What changed
More of the room is heard, and the host decides what is asked.
Before
A few raised hands and a microphone.
After
Questions from every seat in one live queue.
- Every guest could send a question, not only the few nearest a microphone
- Guests could ask anonymously, which matters for personal health questions
- The host chose questions from a live, sortable queue instead of a stack of cards
