Cancer patients navigating a stream of appointments, instructions and medications — and the foundation supporting them.
The challenge
Patients leave appointments holding more information than anyone could retain — dense instructions, medication changes, follow-up steps — often while exhausted or frightened. Details get lost between visits, questions surface only after the doctor has gone, and medication lists grow complicated enough to carry real interaction risk.
What we built
A companion app for the whole care journey. It records the visit, transcribes it automatically, and produces a summary written to be understood, with to-dos pulled out on their own. It tracks medications and flags interactions. Between visits, patients bank questions in a library so they walk into the next appointment prepared instead of remembering afterward.
The result
Patients leave with an accurate record instead of a half-remembered one, walk into the next appointment with their questions ready, and carry a medication list that watches itself for conflicts.
