The challenge
The standard way to run a site like this is to rent it: one subscription for scheduling, another for the email list, another for gated downloads, another for forms. Each is affordable alone, they compound every month, and collectively they mean the customer list and the booking flow live on someone else's platform under someone else's terms.
What we built
Every one of those pieces built directly into the site. Booking runs on a custom page wired to a scheduling API rather than an embedded widget. The email database is ours. Lead magnets are delivered by a system we built, to pages we control. The whole site installs to a phone home screen. Nothing here bills monthly, and nothing here can raise its price or change its terms on us.
The result
The recurring bill for running this site is effectively zero, the customer list belongs to us, and every pattern here is one we can hand to a client — because we ran it ourselves first.
