The customer

A family-run auto-parts distributor in Warren, MI shipping nationwide.

The challenge

Orders came in across email, phone and a clunky storefront, then got re-keyed by hand. Growth meant hiring more people just to keep up.

What we built

A conversion-focused storefront wired into an automated fulfillment system — orders flow straight to picking, shipping rules apply themselves, and inventory stays in sync.
