The inside sales team at an industrial finishing supplier, quoting the same configurations over and over.
The challenge
Every quote went through a person. Customers emailed or called, someone rebuilt the same pricing by hand, sent a PDF, then fielded revisions. Most of it was repeat work, and it consumed the team's week while leads waited days for numbers.
What we built
A customer-facing portal that turns quoting into self-service. Customers and prospects build a quote against live pricing, export a clean PDF to print or share internally, and convert an approved quote straight into a purchase order — with the sales team stepping in only where judgment is genuinely needed.
The result
Dozens of hours a week of repetitive quoting disappeared. Prospects get numbers immediately instead of waiting days, and the sales team spends its time on deals that need a human.
