TL;DR

We restructured a 30,000+ SKU catalog into categories buyers can actually navigate, and gave every part and category a rich, search-friendly description. Revenue rose 40% within three months.

The customer

An industrial finishing supplier carrying tens of thousands of parts across dozens of manufacturers.

The challenge

The catalog had grown part by part for years. Categories overlapped, names were inconsistent, and most parts carried little more than a manufacturer code — so buyers who knew exactly what they wanted still couldn't find it, and search engines had nothing to index.

What we built

A full catalog restructure paired with mass content generation. We mapped the entire inventory into a category tree that matches how buyers actually shop, then produced formatted, specific descriptions for every part and every category — at a scale that would be impossible by hand.

Entire inventory mapped into a coherent category tree
Rich, formatted descriptions on every part and category
Search-friendly structure and metadata throughout
Bulk categorization and editing across the full catalog
Consistent naming rules that hold as new parts are added

The result

Buyers find parts without calling. Category pages started earning search traffic that previously went to competitors, and revenue climbed 40% within three months of launch.
